The pioneer cabin is equipped with solar cells and gas, and a water and drainage tank. The cabin contains gas central heating and a gas fridge and works with both gas and electricity, so you can save on gas if connection to external power is available. You can also install a generator if you need more power than the sun can provide.
The pioneer cabin offers more flexibility and freedom than our standard staff cabin. That's why it is ideal for use in forestry, excavation work, concreting, etc. The cabin can also be designed as a decontamination zone, if you are working with potentially harmful substances such as oil, epoxy and asbestos.

The cabin connects to a standard 50mm tow ball coupling and can be set up and ready in minutes. This allows you to move the cabin from one place to another, quickly and efficiently and without any hassle. We cut all the insulated trailer outer wall panels without a seam and fit them so that the all angles seal closely around the floor. We also cut the corners seamlessly and assemble them with sturdy anodised aluminium profiles. This results in an enclosed cabin with maximum trailer body strength and density and ensures you and your team get the highest quality.
All our mobile trailer cabins come with a solid, single piece-cast roof. This ensures your portable unit is weatherproof in all conditions, this also significantly increases its lifetime. The roof is cast with an even curve for optimal strength and water drainage. The roof also has a gutter system, which helps direct water and dirt away from doors and windows.
We only maintain the highest standards for corrosion protection. All our portable trailer cabins come with a sturdy hot dipped galvanised steel chassis. Galvanising is only completed once the chassis has been machined, this ensures that all the edges and bolt holes have also been galvanised and sealed against the elements for the ultimate in longevity.
