Down arrow

Facilities

The cooler cabin is made of 60 mm XPS sandwich elements for extra high insulation and comes with a refrigeration system that can cool down to minus 20 degrees. The doors use stainless steel bar locks and hinges, which are welded on a stainless steel frame that covers the entire door opening. The cabin has a load capacity of 1850 kg and a capacity of 6 EUR pallets.

Design and capacity

The floor and walls are coated with aluminium plates so that you can place heavy objects and use a pallet lift without risk of harming the inside of the cabin. Anchor tracks are fitted to the walls to stabilise the content during transport. Tracks can also be installed for a cooler curtain, to further minimise cold temperature loss.

Suitable for several industries

The cooler cabin is used in several industries, such as the fishing, food and events industry for storing and transporting fresh food and drink. It has an extra sturdy chassis with suspension, which makes it suitable for fast transport even with a load capacity of nearly 2 tonnes.

Easy to use and clean

The cabin connects to a standard tow bar and can be set up and ready in minutes. This allows you to move the cabin from one place to another, quickly and efficiently and without any hassle. The cabin is made from cleaning-friendly and durable materials, saving you time on cleaning and maintenance.

Scanvogn Optimal Density Wall Panels with aluminium capping

Optimum density

We cut all the insulated trailer outer wall panels without a seam and fit them so that the all angles seal closely around the floor. We also cut the corners seamlessly and assemble them with sturdy anodised aluminium profiles. This results in an enclosed cabin with maximum trailer body strength and density and ensures you and your team get the highest quality.

Scanvogn Solid Single Piece Cast Roof with Gutter and Insulation

Solid-cast curved roof

All our mobile trailer cabins come with a solid, single piece-cast roof. This ensures your portable unit is weatherproof in all conditions, this also significantly increases its lifetime. The roof is cast with an even curve for optimal strength and water drainage. The roof also has a gutter system, which helps direct water and dirt away from doors and windows.

Scanvogn Fully Hot Dipped Galvanised Steel Chassis

Optimum protection

We only maintain the highest standards for corrosion protection. All our portable trailer cabins come with a sturdy hot dipped galvanised steel chassis. Galvanising is only completed once the chassis has been machined, this ensures that all the edges and bolt holes have also been galvanised and sealed against the elements for the ultimate in longevity.
