The environment cabin is a staff cabin built to meet special hygiene guidelines when working with potentially harmful substances. The cabin comes in sizes for 3 to 4 people. The cabin has a stylish design, giving the user a feeling of space and comfort. The cabin uses LED strips for a comfortable white and energy-efficient light.
The environment cabin consists of two separate zones. Zone 1 is for storing dirty work clothes and contains cupboards, a hand basin and shower cabinet. Zone 2 resembles a standard staff cabin with cupboards and normal clothes storage, a living area and toilet. The two zones are connected so you can easily move from one zone to the other after decontamination.
If you work with toxic or bacteria-filled substances on building sites or similar, you must make an environment cabin available for staff. These are often used for work involving oil, epoxy and asbestos. The cabin can be constructed as a pioneer cabin, so that it can function without being connected to external power, water and drainage.
The cabin connects to a standard tow bar and can be set up and ready in minutes. This allows you to move the cabin from one place to another, quickly and efficiently and without any hassle. The cabin is made from cleaning-friendly and durable materials, saving you time on cleaning and maintenance.

We cut all the insulated trailer outer wall panels without a seam and fit them so that the all angles seal closely around the floor. We also cut the corners seamlessly and assemble them with sturdy anodised aluminium profiles. This results in an enclosed cabin with maximum trailer body strength and density and ensures you and your team get the highest quality.
All our mobile trailer cabins come with a solid, single piece-cast roof. This ensures your portable unit is weatherproof in all conditions, this also significantly increases its lifetime. The roof is cast with an even curve for optimal strength and water drainage. The roof also has a gutter system, which helps direct water and dirt away from doors and windows.
We only maintain the highest standards for corrosion protection. All our portable trailer cabins come with a sturdy hot dipped galvanised steel chassis. Galvanising is only completed once the chassis has been machined, this ensures that all the edges and bolt holes have also been galvanised and sealed against the elements for the ultimate in longevity.
